It would not be St. Patrick's Day without Irish Soda Bread. RXC did the day proud with a delicious dark and crusty bread thanks to a recipe from Christina. Written on a scrap of paper from the Met dated Feb 28, 1980, it is hard to believe that this recipe has been part of how we have celebrated putting on the green for 29 years.
